candidate’s education, professional experience, skills and
peculiarities are indicated on it;

we prepare a job offer and
on Your request and put it on an internet site and/or in the press;

according to the agreement
there is additional direct search of the candidates working in the
same field of business performed.

suitability of the candidates is evaluated considering the desirable
experience and peculiarities:

structural conversation;

By personality, motivation
and different psychological and professional tests;

We submit
practical-imitational tasks for the most suitable candidates:
sectional and individual (the specialists of an appropriate field
help to do that; You can watch it too);

submitted to evaluate the necessary skills and knowledge: for
example, the test of language knowledge; orientation in the market;

Recommendations of the most suitable candidates are checked;
